AI Image Detector allows users to upload images and receive an analysis indicating whether an image may be AI-generated. Results are provided for informational purposes only.

• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
• Attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service
• Use the Service for unlawful or misleading purposes

While we strive for high accuracy, AI detection is not perfect. We do not guarantee that results are 100% accurate and they should not be used as the sole basis for legal, financial, or professional decisions.

All content, branding, and software related to the Service are owned by AI Image Detector and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Image Detector shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if these Terms are violated.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
